This year's North Asian Gaelic Games tournament is on the move. This time to Japan, where the Japan GAA club will host the games in Tokyo for the first time.
The Japan GAA is delighted to be hosting the 2011 North Asian Games, the first official GAA tournament to be held in Japan. It’s been a long time coming since Japan’s involvement in the very first Asian Games held in Manila 15 years ago.
The one day event will be held on Saturday 4th of June, at the YCAC, the venue of Japan GAA’s 2009 Invitational “Toucan Cup” Tournament. Given a clear day we may be lucky enough to see the majestic Mount Fuji.
This is the first time the new regional tournament will be played outside of Seoul, and Japan GAA welcomes all teams to come compete on 4th June.
