Participation in any sport involves risk of injury - and all participants are reminded that they should ensure that they are adequately insured to play contact sports.

Additionally participation in Gaelic Games in Asia often involves overseas travel.

Participants are reminded to check the following:

• Are you adequately insured to play sports in your home club?
• Are you adequately insured to play contact sports overseas?
• Are you adequately insured in the event of any pre-existing conditions?

Players (and Parents/Guardians) are reminded that their Health & Safety is their responsibility and they should ensure at all times they are adequately insured, fit to play and hydrated while playing GAA or any other sports.

Participants at the Asian Gaelic Games & other ACB regional tournaments are required to sign a declaration that they are adequately insured.  Please make sure that you are!  Short term insurance to play sports overseas is readily available from many vendors and relatively inexpensive.
